Meet The Staff

Suzet Mercury, Dental Hygienist (RDH) 

I’m Suzet, a dedicated dental hygienist with over 15 years experience.  I am passionate about helping my patients achieve optimum oral health.  I graduated from Mount Ida College with a degree in dental hygiene in 2007 and I am certified by the state board.  I believe in a gentle compassionate approach to dental care and staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.  When I am not in the office, I am exploring the world by traveling to different countries or I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Urcilla Oliveira, Dental Assistant (CDA) 

Urcilla graduated from Bryman Institute in 2005 and has also been with us since 2005 as well. She currently lives in Everett and enjoys spending time with her dog Silas.

Fiorella Figueroa

Fiorella speaks both English, Spanish, and basic Portuquese. She graduated Norbert Wiener University with an Administrative Assistant degree in 2016. She has been with the practice since 2023. Fiorella is a very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable addition to the office. She currently lives in Malden and is a big dog lover!
